Amanda Bledsoe has been a part of the Value Vinyls team since 2016. This year will mark five years as a member of the Value Vinyls family. We sat down with her for our 2-minute Employee Spotlight.
Tell our readers a little bit about yourself. How long have you worked in customer service?
"I have worked at Value Vinyls for almost five years now, but I have been in some form of customer service for over 27 years."
What are 3 words to best describe Value Vinyls and why?
"Adaptive. Innovative. Caring.
Value Vinyls cares about our customers so we are always looking for ways to serve and help them better. We are constantly trying to adapt better processes through innovation. We take pride in our work and helping others."
If you had to build a shelter out of one Value Vinyls fabric, which would it be and what color?
"Advantage MVP FR 18 in Royal Blue."
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
"My team! I have some of the best co-workers, they feel like family to me."
What is the best lesson you've learned so far in your career?
"There is always more than one side to the story so don't jump to conclusions before hearing both sides."
What is something you need in the morning to start it off right?
"Seeing my family before we all leave to go our separate ways for the day."
